Product Specialist

Responsibilities
Individuals will be responsible for developing and managing the lifecycle of the products or services they develop.
Individuals will be responsible for the entire customer journey of the products and services they develop.
Individuals will have ownership of branding, copy, marketing, productising and pricing of the products and services they develop.
Individuals will need to have a capacity for coaching as the above skill sets will be taught and developed with hands-on guidance.

Qualifications
Individuals will require a minimum tertiary education.
Individuals will be required to have good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia with other languages being a bonus.
Individuals need to have the ability to be easily coachable.
Individuals will be required to have passion, dedication and commitment to the customers.
Individuals will need to have an open mindset, willing to change, adapt and learn.
Individuals need to be execution oriented.
